Mike Beek joins Appraisal Smart as Director of US Operations

William Gresse, Appraisal Smart CEO, is pleased to announce that Michael Beek (Massachusetts) has joined the AS Team as Director, US Operations, effective 1 July, 2005.

Michael has over 25 years experience in the software industry in various sales, sales management, and business development roles. Along the way, he successfully brought new products to market throughout the United States and Europe for publicly-traded companies like Oracle and Bolt Beranek and Newman. Mike has also worked for several Silicon Valley-based startups opening the sales operation in the eastern part of the United States as their products were coming to market. He helped grow these companies to the point where they became attractive to acquiring companies and were subsequently sold.

Mike has focused on selling software solutions that help businesses achieve their goals in areas such as increasing revenues, reducing costs, or maximizing their return on investment in their tangible and intangible assets. He believes that the greatest ROI can be achieved by offering tools that not only automate manual tasks but provide management with information they otherwise do not or cannot obtain using traditional methods.
