Multirater
Module
The add-on Multirater Module allows you to,
as part of the 'regular' Performance Appraisals,
request up to FIVE 'other' (Multi-) raters
to provide input to an employee's performance.
This functionality is highly suitable for
matrix organisations, but also if you have
employees who work with (or have worked with)
more than one manager during a performance
period.
